Just wanted to make a quick post and wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. Martin was suppose to be home yesterday but he wasnt able to fly out, pretty bummed since its our first Thanksgiving apart in the last 5 years, but what can you do right? Thanksgiving isnt some big holiday around here so I'm gonna do what I do every year...
Clean my room.
And get ready for Christmas, yay!
I just made two hauls. Ah the joy of staying home on Thanksgiving... sales! I'm thinking of making one more hehe. Made my 2nd Sephora order of the year. Can you believe that? At least I think I only ordered twice this year. I know I havent purchased anything from the store in a really long time.
Probably going to post a collective haul since I havent been hauling much. Darn wedding. I hope to have something interesting to post after the wedding (haul-wise lol). I've been hauling books! I re-discovered my love for books the last month and a half! Hehe.
THiNGS i'M THANKFUL FOR
- My amazing fiance who's never given up on me no matter how off the wall, extreme, psycho I get or how much sense I dont make and always willing to help me with my next crazy hobbie or idea.
- My parents who made sure my wedding is going to happen. For being supportive during the time that Martin's been gone. For their love and support (even though sometimes they have a weird way of showing it).
- My wonderful friends who always have my back and who I can call at any hours of the day/night and babble to until I feel better.
- My super caring sister-in-law. Seriously this wedding would not had been anywhere close to done by now without her help! I met her when she was 13 and she's grown into a very silly and mature young lady, so lucky to have her as my sister in law!
- My furbabies for always brightening up my days.
- Boq, the hamster my mama got me =)
- Blogging cause without it I'd probably go nuts.
- My accomplishments so far, especially in the last two months.
- The Air Force for this crazy adventure that we both hate lol.
- Wicked. It inspires me to try harder and to dream bigger.
- Everything life has to offer good and bad.
- Finding Nemo gummy multivitamins cause man, they're delicious!
- Books!
- My new digi cam =)
- GLEE!
- For the ability to try to stay positive no matter the situation.
- My wedding!
- Baskin Robbins Fudge Crunch Cake (makes everything better, no lie!)
- The holiday spirit (favorite time of the year).
- Finding the perfect sugar cookie soaps for my wedding favors (I'm so so happy with them)!
- KOHLS (I just bought the most amazing hoodie, boots and shirts from there last week)!

I bought this last year. Or earlier this year. I dont really remember, but it was between this or Charity Pot. The sale associate was telling me the difference between the two and the boyfriend strongly suggested I get Dream Cream since I get horrible dry spots on my hands a lot, especially during the winter.
I had stopped using it a few months back because I just got too lazy and the top was a hassle to screw on and off especially when you first apply the cream and the oils are still sitting on your skin.
Since its getting colder, my dry spots have been seriously acting up. I slightly wake up during the night scratching my hands and causing red bumps (I have OCD so I'm constantly washing my hands, I've successfully stripped moisture from my hands so they tend to itch a lot and when I scratch them, I get red burning bumps, frustrating). So I decided to go back to my Dream Cream.
I forgot how much I loved this product. It really helps so soothe the dry areas of my skin and I just love the way it feels. The only thing I dont love about it, is how long it takes to absorb into my skin. I hate the feelin of oil on my hands, so I usually apply this right before bed so I'm not touching anything that could be ruined by oily fingerprints (like the keyboard or my DS or ipod, things with that type of finish to them).
Unfortunately mine expires in 2 days! Oh no! I wasnt aware! And Lush is really far from me too, darn. But after having it for about a year, there's still a lot of product left. Seriously, that pot could probably last me a good 3 years if it never expires. Totally worth the money!

Dear blog,
I'm sorry I havent been paying very much attention to you lately. You havent done anything wrong, its me. I've been busy and spending all my time here because all of this wedding planning and learning military things are just so overwhelming and here isnt the place to vent any of that out. I've also been working on a few new projects having to do with the musical Wicked. Its my only source of relaxation during this hectic time. I'm so lucky Martin understands my obsession with it and having to see it every single month.
I havent been hauling as much since all of my money is going towards the wedding and I havent been putting on makeup since I havent had time (the nerves under my eyes have been going crazy with vibrating due to lack of sleep, that shows how much time I have). But I'm trying! It makes me a bit sad that I havent had time for anything and I cant even tell you what the current MAC collection out is called or what's coming out after it.
I cant promise more updates, December is going to be extremely busy. I'm flying out twice within the span of a week. So everything that has to be handled at home (like cleaning my room) has to be done by the end of November (did I mention I hoard, seriously. I've gone to therapy for this. You'd hate to see my room). And after the wedding might be even more hectic since he wants me to move across the country with him. And I cant say no, especially since we'll be married by then (besides, it'll be exciting).
The first taste of military life isnt so sweet. And its going to get some getting use to. So please understand blog, that its not you. Life is just pulling me in a million directions right now. I'll be back when I can be. I have a few posts lined up until December hits, but nothing as often as before. At least not right now.
I'll do my best blog, really I will!
Btw, thank you everyone for getting this blog a google page rate of 2. It really brightened my day the other day (like I said, military life isnt so sweet)! I was jumping up and down from excitement. I got to talk to Martin today and I told him about the page rate, he choked up saying he was proud of me. This blog wouldnt be here if it werent for you boo, I hope you know that. So thank you for telling me not to give up when I started this. I'm proud of you too, soon to be Airman.

I got into MAC at the end of last year and I remember I just had to have the Little Darlings collection! I unfortunately only was able to get one set of lippies and one set of pigments. So I was excited to see that this year's MAC holiday set would be released during the first week of November! And of course, I just have to have Mischief Makers!
I am in love with the packaging! I skipped The Lip Eye and Face Kits that have the similar packaging so I could save for this one instead (plus that collection didnt wow me like I hoped it would and $36 just for cute packaging? I donnnnt think so)!
According to temptalia.com its suppose to be released November 5th but I checked the MAC website today annnd.... iTS UP!!
What I'm hoping to get:
- Haute High Jinks/Warm Mini Pigments/Glitter
- Cool Capers/Cool Mini Pigments/glitter
- Models Misbehaving/Deep Mini Lipglass
